We are seeking an experienced Private Client Manager to join our Dubai office, advising high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and internationally mobile families on tax, structuring, and wealth planning matters.
The role combines technical private client advisory, client relationship management, business development, and coordination with internal compliance and finance teams, with a strong focus on cross-border UK–UAE matters.
What you will be doing- Act as the primary adviser for a portfolio of high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
- Advise on UK and international private client tax matters, including:
- UK residence, domicile, and remittance basis issues
- Pre- and post-departure UK tax planning
- Trusts, foundations, and offshore structures
- Inheritance tax and succession planning
- Deliver clear, commercially focused advice to clients relocating to or operating from the UAE
- Work closely with UK teams on UK tax compliance and advisory matters
- Support structuring for asset holding, business ownership, and long-term family wealth planning
- Build relationships with intermediaries, introducers, and referral sources
- Identify new advisory opportunities within the existing client base
- Support proposals, pitches, and client presentations
- Contribute to thought leadership and market-facing initiatives in the UAE
- Liaise closely with the internal compliance and risk teams
- Ensure all advisory work is delivered in line with internal policies and professional standards
- Act as the key point of contact between the Dubai office and the internal accounts and bookkeeping teams
- Work with finance teams to ensure timely invoicing, cash collection, and accurate financial reporting
- Provide financial and operational input to support the efficient running and scaling of the Dubai office
- Support and mentor junior team members as the Dubai practice grows
- Strong experience in UK private client tax at manager level or equivalent
- Proven experience advising high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs
- Good working knowledge of UK residence and domicile
- Trusts and estate planning
- Cross-border and international tax matters
- Experience liaising with internal compliance and finance teams
- Strong organisational and communication skills
