Accounting Specialist

FINITIC is looking for a skilled Accountant (Fintech) to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have a strong background in Fintech and Payment Gateway operations.

Experience:

2–4 years of experience in Fintech and Payment Gateway companies (MUST)

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports
• Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payment reconciliations
• Handle daily financial transactions related to payment gateway operations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure financial records are accurate, complete, and up to date
• Monitor transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Work closely with internal teams to support daily business operations
• Assist with audits and provide required financial data
• Review and analyze financial statements and periodic reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in Fintech and Payment Gateway companies (MUST)
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulations
• Hands-on experience with AR, AP, and financial reconciliations
• Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Familiarity with accounting systems and financial software; fintech platforms experience is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• CPA or equivalent professional certification is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) is a must
• Candidate must be currently based in UAE
