Vice President – Finance

A leading UAE-based entity isseeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President – Finance to lead and execute the organization’s financial strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role. Responsible for overseeing budgeting, financial planning and reporting, treasury operations, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting executive decisions, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring sustainable financial performance in a regulated and high-compliance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the formulation and execution of long-term financial strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Direct annual budgeting, long-term forecasting, and financial performance reporting to senior leadership.
• Manage treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, and investment strategies to optimize capital usage.
• Ensure full compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks including market, credit, and operational risks.
• Implement robust financial systems and technologies for improved reporting and control.
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team through effective mentoring, training, and succession planning.
• Drive cost efficiency, innovation, and financial governance across all units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic plans and operational KPIs.
