Hamilton Bradshaw MENA is seeking a seasoned Mortgage Brokerage leader to co-found and build a high-growth brokerage firm in Dubai. This is a founder-level opportunity for a senior mortgage professional with 10+ years’ experience in UAE mortgage advisory, real estate financing, private banking, or lending — ready to launch their own brokerage backed by a global strategic investor.

The venture will support home buyers, investors, expats relocating to the region, and HNW/UHNW clients navigating the UAE mortgage landscape — delivering trusted, transparent, and competitive financing solutions.

Backgrounds that may be suitable:

• 10+ years in UAE mortgage brokerage or mortgage advisory
• Strong relationships with lenders, banks, and real estate agents
• Proven track record closing residential or investment property mortgages
• Expertise across employed, self-employed, expat, and international buyer financing
• Ability to scale a team and manage broker performance

This venture may specialise in one or more of:

• Residential mortgages for UAE nationals & expats
• HNW/UHNW specialist financing
• Off-plan and developer-linked financing structures
• Re-mortgaging and refinancing services
• Mortgage insurance advisory (life, critical illness)
• Corporate and commercial property lending

• Initial investment & setup funding
• Licensing and compliance support
• Brand, marketing, and digital lead generation engine
• Operational infrastructure (CRM, workflow, finance, legal)
• HR support to hire and scale a high-performance broker team
• Active board-level strategic partnership
