UAE Investment Director
This role is responsible for systematically identifying high-value investment opportunities across the Middle East region and driving projects from initial screening to successful execution. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of investment strategy, strong capabilities in structuring and financial modeling, and proven experience in developing and maintaining government and strategic partnerships.

Experienced in large enterprises, investment institutions, or real estate/logistics/infrastructure sectors. Capable of identifying key opportunities based on strategic insights and regional trends.
2,Strong Structuring Capabilities:
Able to design clear and actionable investment structures tailored to different business models, including joint ventures, M&A, asset acquisitions, fund partnerships, and capital operations.
3,Deep Regional Experience:
Familiar with the business environment, regulatory frameworks, and government cooperation models in the Middle East—especially GCC countries. Experience in land development, industrial parks, warehousing logistics, or infrastructure is a plus.
4,Resource-Driven Talent:
Possesses strong networks with government entities, sovereign funds, industry clients, and major corporate partners to facilitate collaboration and project execution.
Strong cross-cultural communication skills and proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward efficiently.

Job Responsibilities- Identify and source investment opportunities across government partnerships, M&A, asset restructuring, land acquisition, fund collaboration, etc.
- Build and maintain a project pipeline and develop executable investment opportunities.
- Design investment structures (JV/SPV/fund/asset acquisition) tailored to different project types.
- Lead financial modeling, investment return analysis, and sensitivity assessments.
- Manage the full investment lifecycle from feasibility study, commercial negotiations, and due diligence to agreement signing.
- Coordinate internal teams (legal, finance, engineering, operations) to ensure alignment with investment strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, industrial zones, sovereign funds, industry clients, and strategic partners.
- Continuously expand regional networks to support long-term business development.
- Conduct industry research and regional analysis to develop investment recommendations.
- Monitor regulatory changes, competitive dynamics, and market trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, Law, or related fields.
- 6+ years of investment experience, ideally in real estate, logistics, infrastructure, private equity, or corporate investment.
- Strong skills in financial modeling, transaction structuring, M&A processes, due diligence, and fund structures.
- Prior work experience in the Middle East or access to regional government/industry networks is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Chinese; strong communication and negotiation skills in cross-cultural environments.
- Strong business acumen, structured thinking, and project management capabilities.
