Finance, Inventory & Operations Officer

LUMENA MAISON is a Dubai-based luxury brand specialising in bespoke silk scarves and premium gifting for corporate and hospitality clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Finance, Inventory & Operations Officer to take full ownership of our invoicing, VAT compliance, and payment reconciliation.

This role is ideal for someone who loves structure, accuracy, and accountability- and wants to be the person who keeps the financial backbone of a growing luxury brand clean and compliant.

• Prepare and issue all quotations and sales invoices
• SKUs & barcodes
• stock movements
• Ensure correct invoice numbering, customer details, and VAT treatment
• Issue revised invoices and credit notes when required

• Apply UAE VAT correctly across local and international sales
• Ensure VAT is correctly calculated on products, design fees, and services
• Prepare VAT workings and support documents for accountants
• Reconcile invoices with:
• Bank statements
• Tabby settlements
• Ziina receipts
• Clearly map each bank receipt to the corresponding invoice(s)
• Act as the main point of contact with external tax and accounting firms
• Provide complete monthly packs: invoices, reconciliations, VAT schedules
• Ensure smooth and timely VAT filings with zero follow-ups
