Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor financial performance and identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze revenue, cost structures, margins, and operational KPIs.
• Assist in preparing management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data in ERP and reporting systems.
• Support audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather financial inputs and clarify variances.
• Assist in evaluating business cases, investments, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis and other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Certification: CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.
• Skills & Abilities: Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools; ERP system experience preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain financial data to non‑finance stakeholders.
