Overview
We are looking for a proactive Bank Operations Associate to join our Mortgage team s role manages the end-to-end operational execution of mortgage cases, from pre-approval through to final disbursal and title deed issuance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage mortgage cases through the complete lifecycle—from pre-approval stage to disbursal and title deed issuance
- Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and external parties to collect and verify all property-related documentation
- Arrange property valuation reports and coordinate inspection appointments with relevant parties
- Manage and follow up on pre-approval conditions with customers, ensuring timely submission of required documents
- Prepare and issue Final Offer Letters (FOL) to customers with complete accuracy
- Identify and resolve bank discrepancies and address any conditions stipulated in the Final Offer Letter
- Schedule and coordinate FOL signing appointments with customers and relevant stakeholders
- Ensure timely mortgage disbursal by coordinating with banks and monitoring all procedural requirements
- Arrange transfer bookings and follow up on the receipt and delivery of title deeds to customers
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation throughout the mortgage process
- Provide regular status updates to customers and internal teams on case progress
- Prior experience in banking operations or mortgage processing is essential
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent coordination abilities to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up and deadline management capabilities
- Effective communication skills for customer and bank liaison
- Problem-solving skills to address and resolve operational issues and discrepancies
- Proficiency in documentation management and administrative processes
