Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst META
Location: Dubai
Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
Support the budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation of monthly financial planning processes for META Region. - Perform in-depth financial analysis, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to support business objectives at META and country level.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports & presentations by analysing variances against forecasts and budgets with commentaries.
- Financials reporting using Planning & Budgeting tool (Hyperion) and support META markets when needed.
- Financial Modelling and Decision Support:
Develop, maintain financial models to support META Finance management team. - Conduct scenario analysis to support critical financial decisions.
- Work closely with senior management to present findings and recommendations that influence decision-making.
- Business Partnering:
Build relationships with market finance colleagues to collate and coordinate deliverables to the Region. - Act as a financial advisor to business leaders, providing insights and recommendations to drive financial performance.
- Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chains to support financial planning and assess the financial impact of various initiatives.
- Cost And Profitability Analysis:
Analyse cost structures, margin performance, and profitability by product, country and region. - Identify areas for operational efficiency and cost reduction to improve overall profitability.
- Assist in developing pricing strategies and assessing the financial impact of pricing changes.
- KPI Tracking And Reporting:
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement. - Create & maintain dashboards and reporting tools to communicate financial performance to stakeholders.
- Regularly review and assess financial data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Ad Hoc Analysis:
Perform ad hoc financial analysis as needed to support various initiatives and respond to executive requests.
- University degree, preferably in Business or Finance;
Masters/MBA is a plus - 5+ years of experience in finance roles, including P&L/financial analysis, ideally within Pharma, FMCG, or personal care
- Experience managing complex portfolios
- Strong finance and commercial acumen, with sharp business planning capabilities and the ability to critically evaluate and articulate commercial performance
- Deep understanding of financial planning and analysis processes, P&L management, and cross-functional finance/commercial operations
- Proven ability to work in complex, cross-functional, and multi-market environments under tight deadlines, handling multiple priorities and stress situations
- High learning agility, strong ownership mindset, and operational discipline
- Effective influencer, able to build trust, alignment, and engagement at all levels
- Fluency in English required;
Arabic is an advantage.
