Group Finance Director

We are recruiting for a Group Finance Director in Dubai for a fast-growing, multinational investment group. In this role, the Group Finance Director will have overall responsibility for the financial health, governance and strategic direction of the Group. Furthermore, they will act as a key advisor to the Chairman, CEO and senior leadership team. As such, the position combines high-level strategic input with detailed financial oversight.

In turn, this supports capital raising, investment activity, M&A and portfolio performance across multiple jurisdictions.

• Lead the Group’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives
• Develop and implement robust financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
• Oversee the preparation and timely delivery of accurate, transparent financial reporting across all group entities, in line with IFRS
• Partner closely with the Chairman & CEO on capital raising, including private equity, venture capital and debt financing
• Lead M&A activity, including financial due diligence, valuation, negotiation and post-acquisition integration
• Contribute to the development and execution of the Group’s corporate and investment strategy
• Identify, assess and mitigate financial and operational risks across the Group
• Oversee treasury, cash-flow management and capital allocation
• Build, lead and mentor a high-performing international finance team, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture
• Act as a key interface with investors, banks, auditors and external advisers

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent)
• Proven leadership experience in a senior finance role within a complex, multinational or investment-led organisation
• Strong background in private equity, investments, corporate finance, capital raising and M&A
• Deep understanding of financial planning, analysis and reporting, with strong IFRS knowledge
• Experience managing cross-border structures and international accounting standards
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior executives, investors and external stakeholders
• Highly detail-oriented, proactive and results-driven, with strong commercial judgement
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, demanding environments and under pressure
• Collaborative, relationship-focused leadership style
