Treasury Officer

ASBIS Middle East is hiring a Treasury Officer who will support daily finance and treasury operations, ensuring accurate banking activities, payments processing, and compliance with internal policies.

• Assist in daily treasury and banking activities
• Review bank positions daily and generate bank statements
• Book bank entries accurately into the accounting system
• Update the collection cheque register daily and dispatch cheques to the bank for clearance
• Process vendor payments and ensure timely generation
• Ensure effective use of online banking platforms
• Coordinate with multiple bank departments
• Prepare cheques and coordinate with management for authorized signatures
• Provide documentation support for trade documents
• Ensure compliance with approved internal policies for payments and treasury transactions
• Support compliance reviews and statutory audits
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Finance Director

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance
• 3+ years of experience in a Finance and Treasury Department
• Knowledge of trade documents and related processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• High attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office
