Step up as our Corporate Financial Controller
: lead global accounting, reporting, audits, and insights across entities in a high-growth Dubai role.

• Oversee global month/quarter/year-end closes and consolidations under US GAAP/IFRS.
• Deliver accurate financial statements and dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate audits across Dubai, India, KSA, US, Cayman—own deliverables and timelines.
• Manage tax compliance (esp. US) and filings with external advisors.
• Handle equity compensation accounting for stock options and incentives.
• Direct outsourced accounting teams in 5 countries with SLAs and standards.
• Build real-time reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights.
• Strengthen internal controls, processes, and systems for scalability.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive finance transformation.
• Mentor team and position for career growth.

• ACCA-qualified (or equivalent) with Big4/public accounting background.
• Multi-entity consolidation experience under GAAP/IFRS.
• Proven audit coordination and internal controls expertise.
• Equity/stock option accounting proficiency.
• Managed outsourced accounting providers across regions.
• Strong in ERP, reporting tools, dashboards, and automation.
• Startup/scaleup experience building evolving systems.
• Clear communicator who thrives in ambiguity and cultures.
• Hands-on structure-builder for speed and accuracy.
