Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage regional accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Middle East entities.
* Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
* Support the CFO Europe Region with consolidated reporting, variance analysis, and strategic financial insights.
* Monitor cash flow, liquidity planning, treasury activities, and banking relationships across the region.
* Manage VAT, corporate tax, and other local tax matters in cooperation with external advisors and auditors.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (ACCA, CPA, CFA) are a strong plus.
* Minimum 7–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including regional or multi-country exposure.
* Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
* Experience working in the Middle East region; familiarity with UAE financial, VAT, and corporate tax regulations is highly preferred.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complexity across multiple markets.## Benefits
