A well-established company in Dubai is seeking Junior and Senior Compliance Executives to ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements, corporate governance, and compliance frameworks. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of UAE laws, risk management, and compliance monitoring.

• Junior Compliance Executive: Focus on assisting in compliance audits, regulatory reporting, and maintaining corporate policies.
• Senior Compliance Executive: Oversee compliance strategies, liaise with regulatory bodies, and provide guidance on risk management and governance policies.

• Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance with UAE laws and internal company policies.
• Support compliance audits, inspections, and reporting to ensure adherence to industry standards.
• Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and records.
• Assist in drafting and implementing company policies to align with legal frameworks.
• Provide support in risk assessments and internal control evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to AML, data protection, and corporate governance regulations.

• Develop and implement compliance strategies and risk mitigation plans.
• Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and auditors, ensuring compliance with UAE laws.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and policy reviews to enhance corporate governance.
• Monitor AML, KYC, GDPR, and regulatory compliance across business functions.
• Oversee and enhance internal controls and compliance training programs for employees.
• Investigate compliance breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes in the UAE and global markets.

• Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory affairs in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE corporate laws, AML regulations, and data protection.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under supervision.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Law, Compliance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or corporate governance in the UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, international compliance standards, and corporate governance principles.
• Experience in handling compliance audits, regulatory reporting, and risk assessments.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or CRCM are preferred.
