A leading financial institution seeks a Director for Debt Capital Markets in Dubai to support bond and Sukuk transactions. The ideal candidate will manage syndicate functions and engage with clients while overseeing all deal execution aspects. A minimum of 6 years in investment banking/DCM is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in finance. Strong skills in Bloomberg, Excel, and communication in English are essential, with Arabic preferred.
