The Position
The position of Finance Assistant is a newly created position with the Middle East and Africa finance team, this role will be based in Dubai, working across multiple finance teams including Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, Operational Finance and Credit Control. There will be opportunities to get involved in a range of ad hoc projects as they arise within the general finance area.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the annual KYC renewal process with multiple banking partners spread across the region.
- Support of other treasury related tasks of administrative nature
- Assist in investigation of payment issue discrepancies
- Co-ordinate the approval and payment of various finance related invoices
- Support the Middle East and Africa businesses through a broad number of project initiatives
- Support other teams within the department as needed.
- Deliver a range of ad hoc analysis as required
- Ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of Oracle or similar General Ledger packages would be advantageous but not essential

- 0–2 years of experience
