The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
• Prepare and print cheques for vendor and employee payments as per approved schedules.
• Ensure accuracy in cheque details, including amount, payee name, and date, before release.
• Maintain proper records of printed cheques and obtain necessary approvals/signatures.
• Coordinate with the bank for cheque issuance, cancellations, and revalidations when required.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with financial reporting, budget preparation, and variance analysis.
• Handle finance administrative tasks, including maintaining financial records, preparing finance documents, and updating finance systems.
• Support internal audits and compliance processes as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• This role is open to Emirati Nationals only.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Ms-Office and Google workspace
• Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced and changing work environment.
• Solid communication skills, both in speaking and in writing.
