Key Responsibilities
* Own day-to-day finance operations including AP/AR, invoicing, payroll coordination, and expense management.
* Prepare monthly management accounts, cash flow reports, and financial dashboards.
* Support fundraising processes including data room preparation, financial DD, and investor reporting.
* Partner with sales, operations, and product teams to improve pricing, revenue tracking, and cost discipline.
* Maintain accurate financial records and monthly close processes.
* Build and maintain financial models covering budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.## Requirements
* 6–9 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles.
* Strong hands-on experience with financial operations, reporting, and forecasting.
* Strong Excel / financial modeling skills; comfort with modern finance tools.
* High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and commercial judgment.
* Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
* UAE experience and familiarity with local compliance and VAT is a strong plus.## Benefits
