We are working with a leading Dubai-based conglomerate with a significant and diversified investment arm, who are looking for an investor to join its Private Equity team. The firm deploys long-term capital across the Gulf region, with a focus on sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, FMCG, and consumer products. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team and gain exposure to a broad mix of sectors and geographies.

• Evaluating and executing new direct investment opportunities across the GCC
• Building and developing financial models and conducting detailed valuation and due diligence analyses
• Supporting the full transaction lifecycle, from origination through execution and portfolio management
• Preparing investment materials, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and investment committees
• Contributing to the ongoing development and implementation of the firm's financial and investment strategy

• An established PE investor with a proven track record in direct investments
• Strong track record in direct private equity or growth equity investments, with exposure to one or more of: manufacturing, healthcare, FMCG, or consumer sectors
• Skilled in financial modelling, valuation, and portfolio management, with the ability to present findings clearly and confidently
• Commercially minded, collaborative, and motivated to build a long-term career in the Middle East
• Currently based in the UAE
