We're looking for a Junior Billing Specialist to join a leading professional services team in Dubai. You'll work directly with partners, clients, and the finance team — handling client billing, vendor payments, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll do:- Manage monthly client billing and vendor payments
- Track budgets, accounts receivable, and coordinate collections
- Work on billing, tax, and reporting requirements
- Contribute to special projects within finance
- 2+ years’ billing experience in professional services
- Training or qualification in accounting preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and financial software knowledge welcome
- Confident communicator with strong attention to detail
- Team player who can work proactively and independently
