Luxury Real Estate Developer Finance Manager

AHS, a leading luxury real estate developer, is looking for a talented Finance Manager to join our financial team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, analyzing financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making to ensure the successful management of our high-end real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with demonstrated experience in the real estate sector.

• Assist in the preparation of overall financial plans, budgets, and forecasts for various luxury real estate projects
• Monitor financial performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management
• Coordinate financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost control and optimization
• Manage cash flow, ensuring adequate funding for ongoing projects
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project budgets and financial forecasts
• Perform financial modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate investment opportunities
• Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and due diligence
• Maintain financial records and ensure accurate reporting in accordance with accounting principles
• Supervise and mentor junior finance team members, providing guidance and training as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices that impact financial performance

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  Master's degree or relevant certification (CMA, CFA, CPA) is a plus
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the real estate sector (5-10 years)
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
