We are looking for a dynamic and accomplished Finance Manager who can generate actionable insights and develop tools and mechanisms that will equip our teams to drive growth and profitability.

• Build review routines with the local business, including roll‑out and training on related tools.
• Own and develop robust mechanisms to inspect growth and profitability of our business, working closely with related business teams.
• Establish controllership and approval mechanisms to manage day‑to‑day profitability.
• Invent, simplify, and automate management reporting, working closely with owners in business and Business Intelligence teams across the Amazon world.
• Provide strategic guidance, tactical direction, and decision support to business and finance partners.
• Lead key analytical projects and contribute to reviews that influence senior leadership decision making.
• Develop financial plans for both short‑ and long‑term planning exercises, aligning inputs with senior stakeholders worldwide.
• Build financial and operational analysis to drive and influence data‑driven senior leadership decisions.
• Use a range of metrics and models to forecast, link operational objectives to financials, and determine opportunities for improvement.
• Business partner cross‑functionally with key senior stakeholders, providing finance support and challenge.
• Lead projects by overseeing timelines, priorities, auditing quality and resolving issues.
• Produce a financial and operational plan to support business priorities, and lead on associated projects.
• Generate insights from financial data, identify opportunities for greater efficiency, and communicate findings with the leadership team to drive business actions.
• Support with training new team members and contribute to onboarding plans.
• Maintain and build tools for your team to support knowledge sharing and help to standardize processes across teams.

As a Finance Manager at this level, you take a hands‑on role to boost our business performance and efficiency. You establish tight controls over our financials and develop a deep understanding of the mechanics behind our data, ensuring financial reporting is always accurate and transparent. Collaborating with partners in different areas worldwide, you provide insights on improvements in our operational performance;

this involves deep diving into data, managing our planning processes, and guiding team members through ambiguous financial scenarios.

You play a core role in multiple projects simultaneously, tracking performance metrics, analysing data, and building financial models to identify where we can drive better efficiency and productivity. Demonstrating how different scenarios impact our business from a financial perspective is essential for stakeholders making critical decisions.

This role allows you to work independently while collaborating closely with partners to provide the insights they need. You will be predominantly based in one of our corporate offices but may also be required to travel to sites on an ad‑hoc basis.
