Internal Auditor

Internal Auditor | UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait | Food Fund International

We're seeking a detail driven Internal Auditor to join our growing Finance team and support strong financial governance across our UAE, Bahrain and Kuwait operations.

• Review revenue processes, financial records, and internal controls;
• Conduct spot audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations;
• Validate supporting documents, POS reports, inventory and daily sales reports;
• Identify red flags, investigate potential fraud and review promotions & discounts;
• Monitor inventory controls, operational expenses, and identify cost saving opportunities;
• Prepare and present periodic audit reports to management;
• Support the Finance team during external audits;
• Provide input on annual revenue and operational budgets;
• Handle ad-hoc audit assignments as required;
• Report directly to the CFO.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Internal Auditor within a reputed Hospitality group
  ;
• Strong understanding of POS systems, inventory controls and operational audits;
• Analytical, detail oriented and confident working with senior stakeholders.
