Compliance Officer & MLRO

As Country Compliance Officer & MLRO, you’ll oversee all compliance and regulatory functions at our Dubai Branch. From leading inspections and reporting, to driving Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and sanctions programs, you’ll ensure our operations remain aligned with UAE laws, international standards, and internal policies.

• Lead branch-level compliance inspections and deliver actionable insights
• Monitor regulatory changes and guide stakeholders on implementation
• Oversee AML/CFT and sanctions frameworks, systems, and strategies
• Mentor and supervise a team conducting AML/CFT audits and reviews

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Banking, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 10+ years in banking/financial services with specialization in compliance, AML, or CFT
• Proven leadership in regulatory or compliance functions
• Prior UAE banking sector experience is essential

• Expert knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT practices (CDD & EDD)
• Ability to build trusted relationships with regulators and senior stakeholders
