Finance Manager

Our client - a leading electronics retailer - is looking for an experienced Finance Manager.

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end financial operations, reporting, and compliance for the business. You will manage a team of five and play a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, statutory compliance, effective cash flow management, and insightful reporting to support strategic decision‑making in a fast‑paced retail environment.

• Manage full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping in line with IFRS standards
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements with variance analysis
• Strengthen and improve accounting systems, processes, and controls

• Oversee daily cash flow and prepare rolling cash flow forecasts
• Manage banking relationships, facilities, and working capital utilization

• Lead the annual budgeting process in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Track financial performance against budget and provide cost‑control insights

• Coordinate internal and external audits for timely completion
• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets
• Review MIS reports and provide actionable insights to senior management
• Develop dashboards and automate recurring financial reports where possible

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8–10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience
• Prior experience in retail or ecommerce preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and local regulatory compliance
• Advanced Excel skills;
  Power BI / Power Pivot experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
