Head of Trading

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage FX trading across major, minor, and selected exotic pairs
• Oversee pricing, spreads, execution quality, and liquidity optimisation
• Manage relationships with LPs, banks, prime brokers, and liquidity venues
• Monitor market conditions and adjust trading strategies accordingly
• Ensure best-execution standards and effective hedging strategies

• Own end-to-end trading operations
  , including:
• Trade capture, confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations
• Cash and nostro account management
• Margining, funding, and exposure management
• Design and maintain robust operational processes that scale with volume
• Work closely with Finance, Compliance, and Risk to ensure:
• Accurate P&L reporting
• Regulatory adherence
• Strong internal controls and audit readiness
• Implement and improve trading and operations workflows, systems, and tooling
• 10+ years’ experience in FX trading and/or trading operations
• Proven background trading FX pairs (spot, forwards, swaps preferred)
• Strong operational experience is mandatory — this is not a pure trading role
• Deep understanding of:
• FX market structure
• Liquidity provision
• Settlement and post-trade processes
• Experience working in fintech, payments, brokerages, or FX platforms
• Track record of operating in high-volume, high-control environments
• Hands-on, commercially minded, and detail-oriented

• Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto-FX environments
• Exposure to EM FX or high-growth corridors
• Experience building or scaling trading functions
