The individual will be responsible for driving asset growth across the Middle East region by engaging institutional investors and promoting the firm s investment capabilities. This role requires exceptional relationship-building skills, deep product knowledge, and the ability to navigate complex institutional sales processes.

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to raise assets across multiple investment strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, and family offices.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure compliance.
• Monitor market trends and provide insights to senior management.

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA preferred.
• Significant experience in institutional sales within asset management.
• Proven track record of raising assets from Middle Eastern investors.
• Strong understanding of investment products (equities, fixed income, alternatives).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• English required;
  Arabic preferred.
