Product Manager - Banking

Job Purpose

We are looking for a seasoned banking product and partnerships expert to lead the design, execution, and optimization of core banking products such as accounts, cards, and payment services. This role will support the launch and growth of daily banking solutions tailored for HNWI clients, ensuring that products are digitally enabled, secure, and seamlessly integrated with external partners and platforms.

• Define and support the execution of product roadmaps for accounts, debit/credit cards, digital wallets, and payment solutions.
• Ensure offerings deliver high‑quality user experiences and meet both functional and compliance requirements.

• Use customer insights and competitive benchmarking to design intuitive and feature‑rich banking experiences.
• Introduce enhancements to support ease‑of‑use, personalization, and financial wellness for clients.

• Identify and engage with fintech and core banking partners for payment infrastructure, onboarding, and card issuance.
• Coordinate across internal and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery and integration of services.

• Ensure all banking products are fully compliant with UAE Central Bank regulations and data security standards.
• Support testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement of product performance.

• 7+ years in core banking or fintech product roles, with experience in affluent or private client segments.
• Strong knowledge of banking platforms, digital onboarding, and card/payment ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or equivalent; certifications in banking or agile product delivery are a plus.

• Strong coordination and execution skills.
• Knowledge of digital banking architectures and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to build partnerships and manage delivery across vendors.
• Client‑centric mindset with attention to service excellence.
