JOB DESCRIPTION

Maintain financial control over security systems and managed services projects, including budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting.

Monitor project costs, commitments, variations, and margins to ensure profitability.

Prepare monthly project financial reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards.

Coordinate with Project Managers on cost control, revenue recognition, and project performance.

Manage project billing, including progress invoices, AMC billing, variations, and final accounts.

Track contract values, change orders, and ensure accurate revenue recognition in line with IFRS.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

3–6 years experience as a Project Accountant within security systems, engineering services, MEP, ELV, ICT, or managed services environments.

Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, contract-based billing, AMC contracts, service revenue, and project milestones.

Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems

Reco old text. Advanced MS Excel skills.

Sound understanding of IFRS and UAE VAT regulations.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or CMA) is an advantage.

Experience in CCTV, Access Control, ELV, BMS, ICT, or integrated security projects preferred.

Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.
