Planning - Analyst

Job Description

This role focuses on driving end-to-end delivery of KYC and regulatory remediation acute to improve compliance efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.

• Drive end-to-end delivery of KYC and regulatory remediation projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide inbound KYC support to MEACBD.
• Provide regular status updates to relevant stakeholders (MEA CBD management, London, CLM, PWC and Accenture).
• Implement towering the KYC processes and workflows as appropriate.
• Work with CLM to ensure onboarding and rolling reviews are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Liaise with compliance and legal to address exceptions and escalations.
• Coordinate with other Mizuho offices for support in the region.
• Support strategic planning, business and project management related tasks as assigned by the Head of Planning.
• Support and manage expatriate related administrative tasks, including annual car renewals, accommodation, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Great organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrable ability to innovate, support change and problem solve.
• Collaborative nature to contribute to a successful team performance.
• Sound knowledge of the Banking Industry.
• High level of computer literacy and skills in data manipulation / presentation.
• Language skills are an asset, but not essential.
