Responsibilities
- Updating Monthly/Quarterly accounting and VAT compliance tracker
- Updating CT Implementation Tracker
- Updating Annual Accounting tracker
- Updating AA+CT+Audit execution tracker
- Updating MHQ-Rethink upsell tracker
- Updating Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Accounting client's CTR upsell tracker
- Liaise with finance team and tax team to update and assign clients for different services.
- Update the finance team leads on a weekly basis
- Track finance teams emails to let the RM follow up with the clients in relation to proposals sent out to clients.
- Assist with the financial model and make minor adjustments as per the comments of the manager.
- Following up with theCRM team for proposals, engagement letters, and addendums.
- Assisting with the onboarding process for clients who have executed engagement letters.
- Assisting the finance teams with retrieving the clients' documents from different databases and updating them in the shared folders.
- Must hold a Sponsored or Student Visa.
