Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Equity Partner (Founding) to join as a core member of the leadership team. This role is ideal for a seasoned accounting and finance professional with strong technical expertise, client acquisition capability, and strategic vision to co‑build and scale an accounting practice in the UAE.
The Equity Partner will contribute to business development, service delivery excellence, team building, and long-term firm growth while holding an ownership stake in the business.
Key Responsibilities Business & Strategy- Co‑develop the firm’s vision, service portfolio, pricing models, and go‑to‑market strategy
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Build strong relationships with clients, regulators, and professional networks in the UAE
- Drive revenue growth and profitability of the firm
- Oversee end‑to‑end accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting services
- Lead VAT, Corporate Tax, and compliance advisory engagements
- Ensure adherence to UAE financial regulations and international accounting standards
- Provide high‑level financial consulting and advisory to key clients
- Recruit, train, and manage accounting and support teams
- Establish internal processes, policies, and quality control frameworks
- Implement accounting software and automation tools for efficient service delivery
- Ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction
- Represent the firm in professional forums, networking events, and regulatory interactions
- Maintain ethical, professional, and compliance standards across the firm
- Professional qualification: BS‑ACF, MS, ACCA, CA, CPA, or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or financial advisory
- Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Proven experience in client acquisition and relationship management
- Prior leadership or managerial experience in an accounting firm is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to build from ground up
- Existing client network or business development capability
- Experience working with SMEs, startups, and international clients
- Familiarity with cloud‑based accounting tools (Xero, Quick Books, Zoho, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Equity ownership in a growing accounting firm
