The Finance Manager position is a key role within our organization, responsible for the financial health and stability of our operations. • Oversee financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting for accurate projections.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
• Direct financial audits and prepare mandatory financial documentation and reports.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with departmental leaders to optimize budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and legal requirements at all times.
• Lead a team of finance professionals, offering guidance and professional development.
• Present financial reports and insights to senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee investment initiatives and make recommendations to enhance financial growth.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to maintain liquidity.
• Evaluate financial software and systems for efficiency improvements and integration.
• Coordinate with auditors to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial management, typically at least five years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and ethical practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
• Experience leading finance teams and managing cross‑functional projects effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to present financial information to non‑experts.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
