YourKey Responsibilities
As an executive in the Transaction Diligence team, you will engage in due diligence for private equity and corporate buyers, analyzing financial and operational results of target companies. You will collaborate with your team, ensuring quality, sharing responsibilities, and keeping senior members updated on progress.
Skills and Attributes for SuccessStrong analytical skills are essential to assist in researching technical accounting issues, evaluating transaction valuation and structuring implications, and preparing analyses of financial information to assess trends and fluctuations. Good communication skills are key: you will prepare reports and schedules delivered to clients and develop productive client relationships.
Qualifications and Experience- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting and/or related major.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably with prior due diligence exposure.
- Able to analyze financial and non‑financial information to formulate views and conclusions.
- Strong analytical, presentation and report writing skills.
