Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records by ensuring all transactions are recorded in compliance with accounting standards and company policies, utilizing accounting software to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, analyzing variances and providing insights to management for informed decision‑making and strategic planning.

Assist in the annual budgeting process by gathering data, preparing forecasts, and collaborating with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives.

Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner, contributing to the integrity of financial reporting.

Support the month‑end and year‑end closing processes by preparing necessary journal entries and ensuring all financial records are complete and accurate for audit purposes.

Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments, while maintaining positive relationships with vendors and clients.

Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, thereby minimizing financial risks.

Provide financial analysis and support for various projects, assisting project managers in understanding budgetary constraints and financial impacts of their decisions.
