We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager/Director to lead our Finance Group across the Tech, Hospitality, and Real Estate sectors. This strategic role will involve overseeing financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiencies across these diverse sectors to drive overall business success.

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organizational goals for the Tech, Hospitality, and Real Estate sectors
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management to aid in business decision‑making
• Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
• Monitor financial performance and make recommendations for improvements to drive profitability across the group
• Lead and mentor finance teams across various business sectors, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support potential investments and strategic partnerships
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies across tech, hospitality, and real estate divisions
• Implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;:index;

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience with expertise in managing finance functions in Tech, Hospitality, and Real Estate sectors
• Proven experience in strategic financial planning WHEN; budgeting, and financial reporting
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of managing finance teams across multiple sectors
• Experience in investment analysis, financial operations and financial modeling

• In‑depth knowledge of financial regulations, standards, and practices
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial software and forecasting tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while prioritizing tasks effectively
