Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day to day operations of direct reports, ensuring compliance with finance policies.
* Ensure month-end closing commitments are completed accurately and on time.
* Maintain accurate books, records, and accounts that reflect the company’s transactions.
* Manage the Annual Internal Audit and associated reports.
* Monitor month-end activities and prepare monthly P&L and Forecast.
* Establish a professional relationship with department heads and key stakeholders.## Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in financial management, ideally in a creative environment.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance and a Professional Finance accreditation.
* Strong communication skills in English.
* Proficiency in computer software systems such as MS Office and Quick Books.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and advanced excel skills.## Benefits
