General Manager of Project Investment Department / Fund Management Department

Responsible for leading the strategy and execution of investment initiatives across the energy sector.

• Identify high‑quality investment and M&A targets in the energy‑related industries globally in line with the company's overall development strategy.
• Manage fund operations, initiate or participate in funds to leverage external capital investment in the energy industry chain, and provide investor services and post‑investment management.
• Establish and maintain effective communication channels with upstream and downstream companies in related industries and manage all stakeholder communications during project investment cooperation.
• Conduct market research, investigation, evaluation, and due diligence on potential investment targets; oversee investment and M&A negotiations and risk‑control management throughout the pre‑, mid‑, and post‑investment stages.
• Develop and implement project exit strategies to realize investment returns and ensure fund asset appreciation through IPOs, M&A, and equity transfers.

• Education/major:
  Master’s degree or above, majoring in finance, energy engineering, or related fields; graduates from prestigious universities are preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of work experience in renowned securities firms, investment institutions, or industry fund companies, or experience working with listed companies or companies preparing for listing in relevant industries. Preference for candidates who have served as relevant leaders, have energy/related industry investment experience, and have led or participated in the entire process of industry fund raising, investment, management, and exit.
• Strong familiarity with the relevant industries, abundant industry resources and channels; excellent communication, teamwork, negotiation skills; and high resilience and adaptability under pressure.
• Excellent capital raising, business negotiation, and resource integration capabilities; possession of stable investor resources and an industry cooperation network.
• Excellent team leadership and organizational skills; able to lead the team to efficiently achieve work goals and drive continuous development of departmental business.
