Bring deep Advent expertise to help asset managers transform operations and unlock value.

As an Advent Asset Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Capco, you’ll partner with asset and wealth management clients to optimise front‑to‑back operations, enable platform transformations, and improve data quality and reporting. You’ll combine hands‑on Advent knowledge with advisory skills to deliver practical, scalable outcomes.

• Advise clients on Advent solutions (e.g., Geneva) across investment accounting, operations, and reporting
• Lead or support platform implementations, upgrades, and optimisation initiatives
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and operating processes
• Collaborate with technology, data, and business teams to resolve complex operational challenges
• Support testing, data validation, and change activities to ensure successful delivery

• Proven experience working with Advent platforms within asset or wealth management
• Strong understanding of investment accounting, fund structures, and asset classes
• Experience operating in client‑facing, delivery, or advisory environments
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• A collaborative approach with attention to detail and quality outcomes

• Experience across multiple asset classes or complex fund structures
• Exposure to data migration, reconciliation, or reporting transformations
• Prior consulting experience within financial services
• Knowledge of adjacent platforms or downstream reporting tools

• Deliver high‑impact transformation programmes for leading asset managers
• Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture
