Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure the accuracy of the end-to-end mortgage registration of potential clients by collecting documents, analyzing financial credibility, preparing analysis reports, and executing mortgage payout.
• Assist existing and prospective DAMAC clients to convert them into mortgage buyers by providing required mortgage products’ advice that best suit their needs and the company’s business interests.
• Understand client requirements and advice & propose effective mortgaging solutions by providing guidance on the risks and benefits of the different programs to cater to their investment goals helping them achieve maximum satisfaction.
• Review the mortgage contracts and ensure that all the parties involved in the transaction meet the required legal requirements.
• Effectively communicate with the clients to help them navigate the mortgage deal closing process.
• Recommend changes to the existing loan terms based on changing client needs or statutory regulations along with recommending denial of applications for the mortgage deals if the customers do not meet the eligibility criteria.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, dashboards, and other required documents for the mortgage products demonstrations to DAMAC clients and to help support negotiations with bankers.
• Conduct market research to monitor the mortgage market and keep abreast of competitive market rates to serve clients in the best way possible.
• Act as an intermediary between DAMAC clients and UAE banks for understanding the requirements and managing the documentation process as per the statutory laws.
• Regularly collaborate with relevant stakeholders at the DAMAC‑partnered UAE banks to keep updated about possibilities of meeting certain restricting conditions by the client, check the availability of mortgage products being offered to DAMAC clients, or liable changes in policies and procedures of the existing products.
