* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.## Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
* 3-4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis from an Insurance industry
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, charts).
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
