Key Responsibilities
* Handle daily accounting transactions such as expense reimbursements, revenue recognition, and cost accounting, ensuring all records are accurate and compliant.
* Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements). Provide management with relevant reports and insights to support decision-making.
* Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting, analyze budget variances, and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Provide accurate financial data and analysis to support departmental and project-level financial planning.
* Contribute to the optimization of accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
* Participate in the establishment and maintenance of internal financial control policies to ensure compliance and financial security.
* Support external audit processes by preparing and providing required financial information and documentation to ensure smooth completion of audits.## Requirements
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting standards and principles.
* Experience using financial or accounting software; candidates with accounting certifications are preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of accounting or financial experience is preferred.
