Finance Manager; Mandarin Speaking

The Role:

You will be responsible for :

• Take full responsibility for the company’s financial management, lead and guide the accounting team, and supervise daily financial accounting and report preparation;
• Organize and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness;
• Lead the company’s budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control, regularly analyze budget performance, and provide improvement recommendations;
• Establish and improve internal control systems to ensure financial operations are compliant, secure, and efficient;
• Provide financial analysis support for business decision-making, including investment analysis, capital planning, and risk assessment;
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax authorities, and banks, coordinating and ensuring smooth progress of related work;
• Continuously optimize financial processes and systems to enhance financial management standards and overall team effectiveness.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting/financial management, with proven team management experience;
• Familiar with international and Chinese accounting standards; candidates with multinational corporation or Chinese enterprise background are preferred;
• Proficient in Excel and various financial software, with strong financial analysis and risk control capabilities;
• Possession of professional certifications such as Accountant/Certified Public Accountant (ACCA) is a plus;
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and drive business development.
