Position :
Payments Business Operations Lead

We’re looking for a Payments Business Operations Lead to scale and operate our global payment rails. You’ll manage card acquiring, Apple / Google Pay, domestic bank transfers, alternative payment methods, and crypto payment flows — working across global markets and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

Run global card acquiring & payout operations (Visa, Mastercard, Apple / Google Pay)

Manage fiat rails (SEPA, SWIFT, ACH, local bank transfers) and crypto payment flows

Oversee PSP, bank, and APM partnerships and ensure seamless execution

Align with compliance teams on KYC / KYB, AML, and transaction monitoring

Lead operational readiness, reconciliation, and partner integrations

Coordinate across business, tech, and product teams to deploy new payment capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

5–10 years of payment operations experience in PSPs, fintech, or financial institutions

Strong understanding of both fiat and crypto payment infrastructures

Execution-focused, process-driven, and comfortable working across remote teams

Bonus : Familiarity with Web3 and hybrid payment models

Fluent in English (Mandarin is a strong plus)
