What we are looking for
We are looking for you as a full-time Sales & Relationship Manager (m/f/x) for the FINEXITY Middle East Consulting LLC-FZ in Dubai (UAE).
The Sales and Relationship Manager is responsible for establishing, managing and deepening B2B relationships within the financial services sector – with a focus on family offices, asset managers, HNWIs, private bankers, and investment brokerages across the UAE. This role requires a proactive, motivated professional with exceptional communication skills, a strong existing network of clients in the GCC, and previous experience in capital markets or investment management.
Yourmain responsibilities Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with family offices, HNWIs and institutional investors across the GCC region.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors before, during and after investment execution.
- Drive continued growth in Funds Under Management and support sales of our investments through strategic relationship management.
- Develop and execute effective outreach and sales strategies to identify and attract new investors across the UAE and GCC region.
- Lead expansion of FINEXITY’s investor base by leveraging both inbound and outbound channels.
- Lead capital raising activities for existing and upcoming DIFC investment funds and bespoke Private Market investment opportunities across our core asset classes:
Real Estate, Private Credit, Private Equity, Infrastructure and Collectibles.
- Leverage your in-depth knowledge of capital markets and Private Market investments to communicate investment opportunities to clients.
- Monitor and communicate relevant market trends, investment developments, and regulatory updates.
- Facilitate investor onboarding and ensure a seamless subscription process by coordinating with internal teams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies and marketing materials that support the company’s objectives and support our expansion in the UAE and wider GCC region.
- Leverage your existing network or book of clients whilst actively building new investor relationships across family offices, asset managers, investment brokerages and other financial institutions.
- Represent FINEXITY at industry events, conferences, and other forums in the UAE to elevate market presence and engage with prospective clients and partners.
- Experience: 3+ years in capital raising, relationship management, sales or investor relations within financial services – preferably in investment banking, wealth management or private banking.
- Existing Network: Established relationships and/or existing book of clients across family offices, asset managers, banks, wealth advisors, and investment brokerages in the UAE and broader GCC.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of capital markets, investment structures and asset classes such as Real Estate, Private Credit, Private Equity, Infrastructure and Collectibles.
- Communication
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts clearly and persuasively. - Technology Proficiency: Comfortable and skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools such as Hubspot.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability and success in raising capital or brokering investments to clients.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Postgraduate degrees or certifications (CFA, CFP) advantageous but not mandatory.
- Culture Fit: Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player to contribute in a hands‑on manner to company growth.
- Language: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Arabic or other regional languages is an advantage.
