HR Generalist, Regional Trainer (Middle East and South Asia)

ZOOMLION is looking for a detail‑oriented 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 to join our team in 𝐃𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐢 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐛𝐮 𝐃𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐢, UAE
. The ideal candidate will provide financing support from local third‑party Financial Institutions to customers who purchase the company's equipment: including visiting banks, financial leasing companies, factoring companies, and insurance companies to establish and maintain cooperative relationships; visiting the company's customers to understand their financing needs, matching customers with suitable Financial Institutions, and assisting customers in obtaining financing; following up on subsequent matters such as loans disbursed by Financial Institutions to the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve the target proportion of third‑party business assigned by the company;
• Conduct work related to the management of the company's cooperation institutions;
• Carry out work to update the approval status of third‑party orders and handle related issues;
• Conduct work related to loan issuance management;
• Research on the financial environment, research on the credit policies of competing manufacturers, and research on the interest rates of competing manufacturers and third‑party institutions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree or above;
• More than 2 years of financial work experience, with preference given to those with experience in the construction machinery industry or work experience in financial institutions such as banks and financing leasing companies;
• Can speak English and/or Arabic;
  Arabic speaker is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred
