Manager - Correspondent Banking

The Transaction Banking Services (TBS) unit is responsible for delivering secure, compliant, and high‑efficiency cross‑border transaction banking solutions across correspondent banking, cash management, and payments. The unit supports financial institutions and non‑bank financial institutions by providing multi‑currency clearing, Vostro/Nostro services, and corridor‑based settlement solutions. TBS plays a critical role in enabling international trade, remittances, and digital payment flows through strong global banking partnerships, regulatory alignment, and advanced digital connectivity.

By building a robust correspondent banking network, enhancing wallet share, and driving digital payment corridors, the unit strengthens liquidity, increases CASA balances, mitigates risk, and supports sustainable revenue growth for the bank.

• Develop and expand correspondent banking relationships and global clearing corridors.
• Own end‑to‑end Vostro/Nostro onboarding, wallet growth, and CASA balance optimization.
• Structure pricing, rebates, and commercial models for FI and NBFI clients.
• Lead digital payment, API integration, and corridor‑based growth initiatives.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and governance across correspondent banking operations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Transaction Banking, Correspondent Banking, or FIG with hands‑on Vostro/Nostro exposure.
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT, cross‑border payments, AML/KYC, sanctions, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in pricing models, wallet sizing, corridor economics, and performance analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and international banking relationship skills.
