Finance Manager – Client ; Senior Level

We are recruiting a Finance Manager for one of our clients, a growing group with five subsidiaries
. The role requires a senior finance professional to oversee group-level financial management
, consolidation, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with responsibility for managing end‑to‑end financial operations across multiple entities.

• Oversee financial management for multiple subsidiaries, including consolidation and group reporting.
• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and long‑term financial plans.
• Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls across the group.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and audit processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and advisors.
• Support senior management with financial insights, risk analysis, and strategic decision‑making.
• Lead and mentor junior finance team members where applicable.

• Fully qualified CA or ACCA

• 3–5 years of post‑qualification experience
  , preferably in group structures or multi‑entity environments.
• Strong experience in consolidation, financial controls, and reporting.
• Experience managing subsidiaries or multiple legal entities is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in real estate, development, or related sectors is an advantage.
