- Act as a Client Service Manager (CSM) within the CSM Central Team, supporting a task‑based service catalogue.
- Assist Relationship Managers (RM) with assigned tasks to ensure smooth delivery of client requests.
- Check, prepare, collate and submit required documentation; follow up internally and externally with clients in line with the bank’s policy and requirements.
- Maintain up‑to‑date SME knowledge of Central Team processes, systems and policy requirements to provide concise, relevant information flow.
- Execute client transactional and administrative needs accurately and in a timely manner (e.g., exchange‑rate requests, referral letters).
- Collaborate closely with Market CSMs and RMs to ensure proper handover and processing of required tasks, delivering a satisfactory and efficient client experience.
- Serve as the SME contact point for Market CSMs, RMs, RM team leaders and Market Heads for the central team task catalogue.
- Resolve day‑to‑day queries from clients, RM and RM team leaders on tasks assigned under the central team or transactional, operational and systems activities.
- Support RMs administratively to complete internal documentation and related processes (e.g., client profiling/KYC diligence) and input mandatory information into processing systems.
- Ensure all tasks (self and backup) are updated, responded to, and completed within agreed SLA.
- Report and escalation of customer complaints to management in accordance with established procedures; failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
- Collaborate with the Central Team and Market CSMs to share case handlings and provide constructive feedback for process improvement.
- Ensure client documents and reporting comply with internal process standards.
- Adhere to policy and procedures, including credit policy and operational procedures.
- Leadership qualities – demonstrated ability to lead by example, role‑model desired behaviours, and a willingness to “get hands dirty” to accomplish objectives.
- Problem‑solving skills – analyse complex situations and design effective solutions.
- Direct experience in Front Office client services, Private Bank operations, wealth‑management products and related processes.
- RNF license required (both CACS Paper 1 and Paper 2 certifications).
