Sr. Manager Accounts Receivables (Emirati Talent)
Location - Dubai
Salary - AED 40,000 plus Benefits
Responsibilities- Lead and manage global / regional Accounts Receivable operations
- Drive cash collection strategies to improve DSO, aging, and working capital
- Establish and monitor AR KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and accounting policies
- Oversee credit management, customer risk assessment, and escalation processes
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
- Lead, mentor, and develop AR managers and teams
- Support audits and ensure accurate month-end and quarter-end close activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Hands on experience of Oracle Financial software, Financial Accounting, IFRS rules and regulations, FTA etc
